Located on a small island off Üsküdar in the Bosphorus, the Maiden’s Tower is one of the most important historical symbols of the city. The structure was built as a defense tower during the Byzantine Period. During the Ottoman period, it was used for various purposes such as a lighthouse, quarantine hospital and customs station. After two years of restoration, the Maiden’s Tower was reopened to visitors in 2023 with the laser light shows we organized.
